Ultimate license problems

We understand that you are facing issue with AVG Ultimate Tuneup program saying that it will expire soon. Please do not worry, AVG Performance will get upgraded with AVG Ultimate program. We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products. But you have active AVG Ultimate and Performance.

To resolve the issue, please open the AVG Zen interface and click on your email address and select Leave the network. Once you leave, please click on Connect and relogin to existing my account credentials. If you don't have your email address on the top right corner, please see the article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate to activate the AVG Ultimate.

I installed Ultimate over AVG performance; the performance license still had nearly 2 years on it.  Now Ultimate is installed and the internet security part is working, but Ultimate doesn't show up on my account as a subscription, and it's telling me my TRIAL of Performance will expire in less than a month!!  I've been through all the online "help" (which provided nothing of the sort).  I'm ready to trash Ultimate and restore to pre-ultimate config if I can't find someone who knows how to fix this.
