Ultimate multi device, account says no subscriptions

I have a multi device Ultimate subscription. But when I log in to my account it says I don't have any subscription and no history. But I have had AVG for years. 

On my phone it tells me what subscription I have on the app, but not when i Log into my account.

What is going on?
