Ultimate not recognised in AVG Account

We are sorry for the delay in response and inconvenience caused.
The reason for AVG my account showing as no subscriptions is because we are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount.
This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products. We will fix this issue as soon as possible.

To activate the AVG Ultimate please click on Connect on the Zen interface and select "connect to an existing account" and enter the AVG my account username and password.
Once done with this please check whether both Internet Security and PC TuneUp gets activated.

Hi - My Ultimate subscription (expiring 09/17) is now not recognised in my AVG account.  Having had problems I've uninstalled with AVG Remover and then reinstalled thru an 'Invite' from another of my PC's.  But Zen reports that my reinstalled copy of Internet Security and PC TuneUp will expire in 30 and 29 days respectively!   Any advice/help?   Thanks.
