AVG convinced me to buy "ultimate" as "AVG Ultimate is our top of the line subscription since it has AVG Internet security for protection and has AVG Tune up for optimization. And just recently, we also added AVG Secure VPN in the package. So, that's 3 subscriptions in 1." Turns out they don't give you "tune up" and now want more money to tune up mu PC. First I renewed my subscription and was overcharged, Then they promised a refund of the overcharge. They then reversed the full charge and cancelled my subscription. Wasted hours trying to find the right way to communicate to somebody at AVG. Then get two out of the three products. VERY ANNOYING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!
