Ok. I'm getting emails saying that my AVG Ultimate subscription is about to expire. My bank balance was pretty low, so the payment failed. 
My problem is that you haven't sent me any bill stating how much you're wanting to withdraw from my account. And, I'm not given to just allowing companies to pilfer from my bank account, as they please. 
You take renewals a month in advance?  Try stating how much you're scooping, before trying to access peoples bank accounts. I don't see any amounts stated, just that you tried to take, and failed to get. 
So, my question is…What have you been trying to charge me? How much?
