I took AVG up on there discounted offer to upgrade my online protection from Basic to Ultimate but haven't been able to activate it so far. despite following all the prompts I still have basic protection and I'm still being asked if I want to upgrade to Ultimate. Its very frustrating because I know I've paid for it because I have the receipt in my email inbox. Any advice welcome as I'm getting seriously annoyed with this now.
