I have taken out a new subscription for AVG Ultimate on 17th August (order Number 12476560238). My previous subscription was due to expire on 28th September. I am using Windows10 and thought I should uninstall the original AVG Ultimate before downloading the new subscription ! Now it appears that when the AVG desktop appears I only have Antivirus Free and PC Tune-Up (trial) ??? How do I get the full paid version of Ultimate ??

It is not necessary to uninstall the AVG program if you have purchased the subscription for the same product.
Please follow the activation steps as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate to check whether you get both Internet Security and PC TuneUp activated on the program interface.
AVG Ultimate is the combination of both Internet Security and PC TuneUp program. Please wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether the program is getting activated and there shouldn't be no free or trial notices for both the programs.
