I paid for "ultimate" for unlimited devices, but cant download it to android phone without it asking for more money.  Called several support numbers and they are clueless and not understandable, nobody seems to know anything. The online chat is clueless about android.  I have used avg (paid) for years, but I feel I got screwed this time.  Zen wont send the email to the android phone.  What is wrong??
