We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
We have initiated refund for this order. Once it is completed, the money will be credited within 5 to 7 business days.

[ was using avg free and clicked on 60 day free trial, then i was billed 64.99 pounds for up grade which i did not ask for and would like you to put back into my paypal account immediately. Thank you.
