I have posted once in one of the threads.  I, like many, appear to have had money taken from one of my bank accounts to pay for a product from AVG.  This is a payment I would like to stop and a full refund issued.  The debit has already resulted in charges from my bank.

Please advise;
1) How to cancel the payment
2) How long a refund will take?
