I am a Chinese in China. I just bought the AVG Internet Security and AVG Tuneup. Because AVG is blocked by the Chinese govenment, I had to use a VPN to install the AVG Internet Security, using the file "AVG_Protection_821.exe" that was downloaded from the links provided in the email sent by your company.
After the software was installed, however, I still could not activate it with my account email and password, even with a VPN. I can log into my web account using the same email and password (with a VPN), but can not activate the account.
Can anyone (better a Chinese technican) help me? My email is ***@ms.xjb.ac.cn, and my cellphone number in China is 18690321105. My order number is 1******0.
