Unable to access bank account on their website on My Mac

Is the issue persists with all browsers or any particular browser?

We request you temporarily disable each component in the AVG Internet Security program.
Open the program -> click on the component -> Disable the component one by one. (turn off).
Restart your pc and check for the issue status.

Have had same Mac and same bank for 2 years. Just keeps telling me "something went wrong" - no kidding! Bank says it's the antivirus software but no advice. Can access the bank website on my ipad no problem - this doesn't have AVG.

Can anyone help please!
