Seems a LOT of people are getting double-billed, having trouble cancelling, or making payments then not receiving their key to activate, as is my situation…WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR COMPANY?
I am getting billed twice a year for the same subscription. Tried to cancel through your website but it always says billing is down at this time. I need to cancel at least one of these as I only use avg on one computer.

We regret for the inconvenience. You will get charged automatically only if the Auto renewal option is Turned ON in your account. You will get a notification email before 45 days regarding the Auto renewal. If you got charged Automatically , please contact our support team https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l=en_US
