Unable to access my Internet security unlimited

I had to do a recovery on my laptop,and wanted to install avg Internet security unlimited again  I then went to download Internet security unlimited from avg website but all it would download is the trial version. I had to 2 hours on line with tech help and they failed to solve the problem, when I log on to my account this is what is displayed;

Your credit card expires on April 30 Unfortunately, your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited subscription won't renew until November 28, 2017. To keep from losing your full coverage, you'll need to manually renew your subscriptions using a new card, PayPal, or bank transfer, 2017

Why do I need to renew my subscription now, can anyone help, thanks
