I disagree as this came on only after anti theft locked my phone after changing sims. I think if AVG is unable to provide solution for this password reset, as numerous posts indicate, users should be warned and application withdrawn until a fix is found!  For sure now I am not going to use any AVG software!!!

How do I disable the anti theft password on the screen so I can access my phone. I can receive callls but can't access my phone or make phone calls!

l  have  user  name  password No 774310   server  name  password  No  GKFX -Dome       AVG Zen Anti Virius  password  No10667295    AVG  AntiVirius  Password   SM-G7102

You should be always able to restore default factory settings.

For help on this issue please try enter first 6 characters of your password, if it doesn't help provide us with photo of lock screen.

Unfortunately from photo I can see that it is not AVG Lock screen.
Only think I can advise you is restoring factory settings.

My phone locked  after changing sims and was able to remotely unlock from the anti theft portal. However, I now can't access my phone even after entering the correct anti theft password. I have also reset my password several times successfully but still get wrong password error. Please help!!! I need to access my phone. Is this a bug? So many posts on the same thing!!!

I already did try6 characters of old and new password. How do I send you the screen shot. There is not option to attach here.
