My one PC refuses to verify an activation code. I can login to the My Subscription page, but it still shows the trial subscription (post re-install), and keeps saying "Oops, something went wrong…" when applying the activation code I get from the My Subscriptions website.
As stated, I've re-installed, but it's still not working. My subscription in an AVG Internet Security multi-device, valid for 2 years, and I'm one year into it. My other PC doesn't have an issue. I had to re-install on this machine due to an issue updating my Windows. Since then I've been having this issue.
Any suggestions for resolving this?
