I have just purchased AVG Secure VPN (5 devices, 2 years) through Computer Active Store/Cleverbridge/Creative Mark. The program was downloaded and installed on a Dell laptop with Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. Using the Product Key supplied, the program was activated and a Subscription Number generated. It appears to work OK.
I am unable to install the equivalent AVG Secure VPN apps on iPhone 12 Mini (iOS 14.2) and iPad Air 2 (iPadOS 14.2). The app asks me for an AVG account email/password, which I didn't have. I then set up an AVG account, but this is not recognised by the apps, and (of course) shows no linked subscription. The alternative method of using a Product Key/Subscription Number is no longer supported in iOS according to the app. Clicking on the "already purchased" link also fails to find a subscription.
Please can you help me to install/activate the AVG Secure VPN apps on iPhone and iPad please? I have already purchased this multi-device product from a legitimate third-party, not via AVG or the Apple Store.
