Unable to activate "Identity Not Protected"

Hello Thom,
We are sorry to know that the Identity component is not active. This issue is caused due to missing digital signature. To fix this issue, please follow this steps:
* Download installatio package of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
* Repair the x86 version of this package.
* Restart computer.
You need to manually get into the computer that has the issue and perform this steps.

"Identity Not Protected" warning shows on two user accounts.

Managed to repair this on Administrator account.

The "Fix Now" option fails on the user accounts.

How do I fix?
