Unable to Activate TuneUp Account after purchase

I see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription), this product doesn't require a license number for activation as it is activated using your email address and password.

Please go to control panel -> programs and features -> uninstall -> uninstall AVG PC Tuneup and refer this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance to install your AVG Tuneup Unlimited.

Hi there,
I purchased a 1-year subscription for AVG TuneUp on the 22nd of December 2017.
My Order Number is 11528292672 DR.

I am unable to activate my product by clicking on Help>Activate product in the Desktop App. The product key that I was provided upon purchase is being shown to be invalid upon being entered.

However, when I am attempting to retrieve my license for this via https://www.avg.com/en-ww/license-retrieval, the resulting email being sent to my inbox only contains the license to my (previously purchsed) AVG Anti-Virus, and does NOT contain any license key for the AVG TuneUp that I purchased.

Please help resolve this.
