We are sorry to hear that you are unable to boot into your computer.
AVG Rescue CD no longer available and the support for the same is stopped.
We request you to restart your computer multiple times and check if you are able to boot into windows.
I called tech support and they assured me that AVG software, especially the free version could not do this, that is, prevent a computer from booting, But the existence of, at one time, the AVG Rescue CD to allow one to disable AVG so that one's computer can boot, is proof that the tech guys don't know what they are talking about. (see AVG Community) and (see | AVG).
AVG seems to be behaving like malware. At one point you had a fix, AVG Rescue CD, but now you don't. One would think that virus protection should help prevent one being locked out of one's computer, not be the cause of it.

Hi:
I am unable to boot a windows computer.
Getting error initially error code 0xc0000225
Then on pressing enter getting message saying missing window file
\WINDOWS\system32\avgRvrt.sys
error code 0xc00007b
The computer will not boot even in safe mode.
The AVG rescue CD advice does not work since the software is no longer available.
How do I get the computer to boot?

Did you try to restart your computer twice/thrice and check the status? If yes, we suggest you to try boot up your PC in safe mode again as mentioned in this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=AVG-Restart-Windows-Safe-Mode&supportType=home).
