Unable to Cancel AVG Internet Security subscription

Upon checking our records, it seems that AVG Internet Security is registered under your alternate account.
To manage the subscriptions, you need to access AVG My Account using the registered email address.

Hi,
I am currently using AVG Internet Security trail version and before I get charged, would like to get my subscription cancelled. Under Subscriptions in my account, I am not able to view AVG Internet security.
I couldn't find step 3 in the link … https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=Cancel-AVG-auto-renewal&retUrl=support_Internet_Security
Please guide to me on how to unsubscribe.
