Hi,

VPN payment is already due, my card is completely fine, but AVG says that payment failed and prompts me to update my card. When I do so my e-banking services are asking me to approve the payment, which is ZERO (0) euros (!), and then nothing happens. Why are you charging ZERO euros for vpn when it's due? How can I renew the subscription (29 days left).
