I tried to tell AVG that I did not want to buy a subscription one day before my 60day trial ended. But I probably did not use the right channel for this message. I got no response, except same day or 1 later I was billed for a year (at a tariff higher than the going temporary offer for TuneUp). So I tried to apply for the promised Refund within 30 days, but the procedure proposed led me about 10 times making rounds through the same pages without success: my registration for TuneUp was not visible, so could not be clicked to proceed. Now I am at a total loss what to do. Counter entering my bank payment does not seem to be the proper thing to do…
