Unable to come from passive mode to active protection

Hi,
my AVG i-net security is standing in !passive mode". When I click on "repair", the systém needs PC restart. But after restart changes nothing and I could only standing make restart and restart… And I´m not protected, although I bought a new product for next year…
Could you help me, please?
