Unfortunately, you cannot upload a word file here.You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. I previously posted a problem on this community forum, and I received a reply from Aarthy asking for a screenshot of the problem.  Aarathy provided instructions on how to take a screenshot, but:
1. The instructions were for a mobile phone only, where I do not have AntiTrack;
2. My problem is on a PC;
3. In either case, Aarathy's message was from a "do not reply" email address, and I cannot find a way to send Aarathy the info requested…very frustrating.
Finally, I cannot believe that nowhere in the community forum is there an opportunity to directly upload a file (e.g., a Word document) that contains a screenshot with further text explaining the problem in more detail…also very frustrating.
