I received this laptop from my parents and I have my own antivirus. Norton Sec Suite. I have attempted to remove AVG in order to install Norton and I am unable to do anything. I manually removed AVG from the sys folders after it would uninstall but would still prevent me from installing Norton. I am locked out of the last file that is preventing me from completely removing ALL AVG traces. I am also unable to install any removal tools; or anything, for that matter. how do I fix this!!! So disappointed!!!

These responses are very frustrating. Are you a bot with auto responses? I have stated and provided proof that I am being prevented from downloading anything.

May I know whether you received any error while running AVG removal tool?
Were you able to download the removal tool?

As i previously mentionsed, I was unable to ever DL(Download) the removal tool, after I initially attempted to delete the program via Programs and Features. What is my next steps?
