Unable to connect

After the latest update, I started to have a connection problem. After a while, the "Your connection is problematic" warning appears, and a box opens saying run the following program to fix it. When I run the program, it closes at 65% and I am asked to contact technical support with different error codes. I tried different locations. I uninstalled the program and downloaded it again, but I couldn't get any results. The problem was not solved with the remote connection either.
