These guys are getting worse all the time.  Unable to contact by live chat it just disappears when you use
No email contacts available any more???
I have tried the phone contact and could not understand the person at their end they did not speak english that I could understand.  This is terrible I have used avg for more than 10 years but am going to look else where as this is terrible
