Rajendra - Thanks for your reply. I wish it were so. I followed your link and it took me here - reply box to your answer to my comment. There is no application here for chat or phone on this page. When I do go elsewhere on the site to the web page with the application, my comments above apply: There is no way to seek chat or phone, as the page simply recycles asking please fill in all the information. Round and round we go.
Using web page to contact support DOES NOT FUNCTION. Keeps displaying 'fill in all boxes' after all are filled in. Tried many times. Reading on line posts shows this is a common and continuing problem. My issue other than this, is that after purchasing a 2 year license (retail) and activating, the Zen screen shows that my license expires in 30 days. If this total incompetence continues, there should be a good class action basis. First however, perhaps the community should pressure retailers to STOP selling disfuntional AVG products.

and the 2 choices were displayed. Choosing a method made no difference. Kept displaying 'fill in boxes'.
