AVG Helper says this:
Use the Friends settings screen to list any networks outside of your current network that you trust. These networks, referred to as 'Friends', are exempt from default Firewall restrictions that affect unknown networks.
Friends exemptions only apply while you are connected to Private networks. When Firewall is set to the Public profile, default restrictions apply to all networks including those that you add as Friends.
To add a Friend network, click Add then type the IP address range into the From (IP address) and To (IP address) fields.
To delete a Friend network, click the applicable row then click Delete.
I have tried every way I know how to delete rows but there's nothing helpful.."delete" at Keypad doesn't work, deleting within the table field doesn't work and there is no 'delete' button in the software panel. (I can not attach a screenshot here)
So how do I delete a 'friend profile'?

Well that was maybe helpful....we went through the exercise but even after a reinstall and clean up I still am unable to delete those profiles...sure I can add them but can not delete them as stated in the Help directory which comes with that software. How can I be sure to trust any 'low level' risk...thats like sayig my cat doesn't scratch if it does then it's usually lethal ...I mean ...whats the point of having profiles if you have no control over them?
As well...since the new reistall was done today by one of your techs (hats off to him/her for efforts) NOW the VNP doesn't work because AVG can't find the .exe file to load it...where is that gone? Do I have to connect up stuff and sweep the platform when you guys leave a mess behind you too?
How can I fix this issue?
