Unable to Delete Quarantine Files

We will help you sort this out. Please go to the location /Library/Application Support/AVGAntivirus/config/chest-data and check what permission does it require.
You can refer this article https://support.apple.com/kb/ph25287?locale=en_US to check the folder permission.

Hi there,

I currently have AVG Antivirus version 18.2 downloaded on my MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017) which is running MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.3.

After running a Mac Scan there were 3 files shown in Quarantine. I was able to delete one of them but cannot delete the other 2. Screenshots of files and error message are attached.

Can you please advise how to ensure deletion of these files?

Hi Alok,

Just did all of the above and changed permissions so "everyone" can read and edit. AVG still cannot delete files from Quarantine. Do you know why this is?
