I am paying for AVG — i am not using a free version. Sending me an email from your end might be helpful.  Please note that I have stated several times that I cannot provide a screenshot as I AM NOT able to download at all.  The actual "download" fails  - is just says
888poker._installer(7).exe
Failed - 888poker.com - 2:23pm   (for example)

So, I have nothing to open to save, run or initialize the set up. I sent you the interlog because a customer rep from 888 Poker said the problem is with my anti virus.  I thought this log sent in the previous communication might help you resolve this problem.
