Unable to download AVG due to F-secure software still on my Mac

This error message indicates that you have older traces of F-Secure still present on your computer.

You can run a remover tool for F-Secure and then install the latest version of AVG.

Our remote applet file will run only on Windows platform and not in Mac.
Could you provide the screenshot of the message that you get while installing AVG antivirus in Mac?

I am unable to download your software as the message says I have F-secure antivirus software already installed.  I believe this may be due to Mackeeper program that I have deleted but I understand it leaves files from Mackeeper on my machine which are the problem.  Following earlier difficulties in July 2018 when I tried before I was given a Case number of 06806452 [ ref;_00Db0Z3Sf._5000N1UX7Pb:ref ].
I have followed this to the Remote Support website clicked to connect to an expert but the downloaded file will not run to allow me to chat to the AVG technician.  Can you please help?
