I am logged into AVG on my web browser but i still can't get to the download. This message says there is planned maintenance taking place. For crying out loud, this is just another excuse in a long train of excuses I've encountered on your web sites today. I'm ready to go back to another protective system. You really need to do a better job of customer service.
I am forced to continue to re-login every time I enter any information, again and again, What's the deal!!
If you don't want my business that's fine. I would however like my substantial investment returned post haste! The last try informed me that I needed to let tech support remote into my computer, I don't trust that at all!
