Unable to download text documents, docx a0nd pdf. Get message something went wrong. unable to access

Please provide the following information to help you better :

1. What are all the AVG products installed in your device?
2. Confirm the version of operating system installed in your device?
3. Share us the screenshot of the error message.
4. Have you tried to disable AVG programs and check it?

When i attempt to download a document, it goes through the motions as if it is downloading it; but when you go in o open or save the document it says 'something went wrong", the is a box that says resume, but it does not do anything to the file. saw online that this might be caused by my AVG program. Anybody else have a similar issue; and if so any suggested work arouns? Thanks
