I am unable to download the invoice for my latest renewal of AVG Ultimate made on December 2024.
The link in the confirmation email has expired and the “Get invoice” link in my account (under “Oder history”) returns an error (Error 30 : The proxy failed to connect to the web server, no web server IP is defined).
Plus, it is impossible to contact any customer support. Whenever I try, I get into a loop that brings me back to my account page!!!
Any idea?

Same here! It is not acceptable that the invoice is not sent by email or that it cannot be downloaded
And the explanation from the Avast support is:
“… we, on the Avast side, do not have direct access to past invoices issued by Digital River, our former e-commerce partner. In this particular case, it appears that the invoice link in your original email [and in my AVG account] no longer works because the related servers or systems previously hosted by Digital River are no longer operational — which regrettably leaves us unable to retrieve or regenerate that specific invoice on your behalf.”
Translated: “We took your money but the invoice was someone else’s responsibility. We keep you money and don’t solve your problem.”
Conclusion: they will not get my money any longer. As soon as the subscription expires, I will move to another antivirus software.
I will do the same! However, I think this is illegal not to send you an invoice.
