Hello Dave,
Could you please confirm whether the outgoing email has been scanned by the AVG Internet Security program? Please let us know whether you have received any error message for the failure for the undelivered email?
Thank you.
Attempt to send email to a q.com address from Windows 10 and Outlook. Keeps bouncing because friend's server considers it spam, which it is not. The email address is absolutely correct.
Apparently it was stopped as "spam" by the recipient's server: Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain q.com by mx.quartz.synacor.com. [205.169.121.11].
The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.7.1 [P4] Message blocked due to spam content in the message.
This was NOT a spam email. It was personal that went to only the one recipient.
I seem to have no problems with emails to anyone else, in fact the email that bounced consistently, mbatcher@q.com faill with every try. I was given another email address and it went through as do all the rest. My problems in the past have been with @q.com
Hello Dave,
