We'd like to clarify that when subscribing to the trial version, it would be enrolled to automatic renewal & the subscription would be renewed. We do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers. We sent you a pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial expiry. This e-mail has instructions to cancel the automatic billing process. We are sorry if you haven't noticed as it may have landed up in spam/junk folders.
We afraid to inform you that users don't have an option to view or edit the card details from their end. We cancelled auto-renewal service and no charges will be taken in future.

I am regularly getting message that AVG has been trying to charge my credit card (which is now expired). My subscription has expired and I do not want to continue. But AVG account screens doesn't allow me to stop my subscription. It only gives me renewal button. I want to stop the nuisance of auto charging my credit card. AVG panel do not provide for changing Credit card information. All this process seems to be automatic and is dangerous as it doesn't send me any email before requesting for renewal. PLEASE HELP.
