Unable to get on-line with my PC after running Tune-Up

Hello David. Please send us a screenshot of the issue that you face to assist you further. Thank you.

Hello Hariharkumar
I tried the link, and saw that a huge number of changes would be reversed, which is not what I want to do. As far as I can see, the only aspect that has been adversely affected is that I can no longer use Google Chrome. Nor can I remove it to try to re-install, because my attempt to do so is blocked by it's saying that some links need to be closed down first. So are you able to let me have a fix that will just reverse whatever has been done to the Google Chrome program please? When I check on Task Manager, there is nothing running in relation to the Browser function.

I ran Tune-Up on my PC last evening, and now cannot get on-line with my PC, using Google Chrome.the window says 'He's dead Jim, invites a reload, which does nothing, and I'm stuck there. Please call me on +441344620019 as soon as possible to resolve this matter for me, as I need to work on-line very soon.

Here is the screenshot, hopefully. The pressure is off a bit, as I've now set IE as my default browser, but I'd still much prefer to use Google Chrome. I have tried deleting the previous version, and downloading a new version and installing it, but that didn't work - just the same problem.Screenprint
