Unable to get Pro Version even though paid for it

I am having issues with my purchase. I keep getting a message "Your trial expires in 6 days. Buy PRO now to continue full protection". 
Also I cannot update it goes to 60% and no more.
Order Number 701-0574086.
Tried downloading from my account but I get message saying "We’re unable to find the email address you entered. Please check that you typed it correctly and that it’s the same address you used to register your AVG license"
