16 December … I am frustrated (more).  I went to the LINK ABOVE (this link) Contact AVG Support - AVG Phone Number, and Chat Support and NOTHING occurred.  No chat.  Nobody there. 
I've looked at my transactions online, There is only ONE transaction showing.
19 August: Order #1070489534639 @ $82.29
I have THIS one and my transaction ID 50927549ML7983042, Order 190c669d-a2af-4c68-aa97-e928c9a0d6a2)

Then, according to my Paypal, there are these.  Please explain:

Oh dear, WHY IS "CONTACT" SO DIFFICULT?  I'm an 82 yo lady w/o ANY technical skills and am trying explain my situation.  CANNOT ACCESS ONLINE CHAT.  I'm caught in a ROUNDABOUT without help.  MY SITUATION:  I have AUTO RENEWAL, but see that AVG contacted me TWICE for PAYMENT, and I have TWO SUBSCRIPTIONS. 
I want a REFUND FOR ONE. 
How to obtain REFUND.  This site tells me to "go to my history …" and I do, but never obtain an ANSWER; no contact!
I live in Mexico and telephone is "difficult."
