Unable to install AVG 2015 32 bit on windows 7

When I am installing AVG 2015 32 bit on my system it is not getting installed. The error in the end is "Waiting for WatchDog service start failed". Error Code: 0xC0070643. Additional message: Failed to install the product. I am using AVG since many years. Its just few days back AVG 2012 stopped working automatically and then I switched to 2015. But the 2012 one did not get unistall properly. I used avg remover as well. Then also some .dll files were not deleted. I dont know what to do. Please help
