Unable to install AVG tune up even after payment

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG TuneUp installation. May I know what is the exact issues you're experiencing with AVG TuneUp installation. If you have already installed AVG PC TuneUp on your computer, then please uninstall the existing program from Control panel > program and features and follow the instruction to download/install/activate your purchased AVG TuneUp - unlimited program. If the issues till persists, then please share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I had paid the money for AVG TUNEUP , but I am unable to run the program can you please help in fixing the issue I am hereby attaching my receipt and details.

HI Alok,
As you said I have uninstalled the AVG tune up and re-installed it,but I am not able to cross the licence tab as it throws up an error stating  " The licence number is not valid " . I have keyed in the licence number which was already given when I purchased it. Could you please check this and let me know as what needs to be or it would be helpful if you re-send the licence number.

Phebe,

I see that you have an active AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription). This program does not require a license number as it is activated your using your AVG MyAccount email address and password. If you have a trial version of AVG PC TuneUp installed on your PC, follow the steps below to complete the activation.

Click on 'Go To Zen' at the top left corner of AVG PC TuneUp dashboard to open AVG Zen app.
Click Connect at the top-right corner of Zen, then click Log in to an existing account.
Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG MyAccount during the purchase, and click Log in.
