I have paid for two AVG Ultimate. Downloaded into PC machine, but it will not install, much less run. Have been at it for hours. Finally paid for AVG to install it for me, all I get is links to problems others have had - no sign that anyone is helping ME. I'm ready to forget about installing it into my Mac, and ask for full refund, Am I the only one?
