Yes, we request you to completely remove all the AVG programs and try to install AVG Ultimate package.
If you still have the issue, we request you to get connected with our additional support. They will help you to install the AVG subscription for you.
An email instruction has been sent which will help you to get connected. If the email is not found in inbox do check on spam and junk folders.

Hello Veeramani Sivakumar, thank you very much for your quick and competent help! THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED. The error message didn't appear again. AVG Secure VPN is working now. I could solve it by deinstalling everything of AVG, rebooting, installing Windows Updates and then installing only AVG Ultimate 2024 (avg_internet_security_offline_setup.exe).
