Hi can someone please help, ive paid for AVG and had nothing but problems, it was installed on my computer but during an update said it could no longer find the components, i contacted tech help who told me to uninstall and re-install which i did then once installed avg would not allow me to use the internet, i tried blocking the firewall etc but this didnt help, so i uninstalled again so i could use the internet, i'm now trying to re-install again as i would actually like to use the product ive paid for but i have the error message installation failed
error code 0x80010299
ive called the tech help who have said they would talk me through the installation but the phone call will cost more than the actual avg security package…things like this drive me insane
