We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please check whether you have installed any other conflicting applications like McAfee, Avast etc… on your PC, If so please uninstall the conflicting applications. If not, please run the  AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your previous installation of AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled please follow the instructions on the article http://avgread.me/1cvJ6DX to reinstall your AVG program.

I have tried to unistall and reinstall several times …also tried the AVG unistall tool …still unable to install please help !!
