Before we proceed, could you please let me know if you have any previous version of AVG or any other antivirus in your pc?

I have successfully installed on two PCs on my Zen network but it has failed to install on the third - my son's Dell laptop giving the error message 0xc0070643

Hello Richard.
I request you to contact McAfee and make sure you have successfully removed the the product with the help of McAfee remover tool and then proceed with the installation of AVG.
