Hi,
i tried to install AVG anti virus the free version. but it stated that installation failed with error code : 0xC000652, Description: Event exec_finished
I thought it is because I havnt uninstall avg internet security 2015 so I tried to uninstall/repair it but it stated :
Severty : error
Error code : 0xC0070652
Error message : another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation.
Additional message: MSI Engine: failed to initialize the package
Context: Initialization
I also done restarting my computer but whenever i tried to un/in/repair the error still the same. and some how in my tast manager there is avg user interface(32bit) n when i collapse it, there is a blank windows icon (unable to end it) because of this I unable to install any program. Please help.
