Unable to install

Thank you for the information. We regret the inconvenience caused. We would request you to remove previously installed AVG program traces from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security Unlimited.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST, NORTON, MCAFEE or KASPERSKY try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled them from your system, try to follow the steps mentioned below.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reinstall-AVG
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the on screen instructions.

I paid for AVG Internet security for Unlimited devices on 28th Jan '17. But Im unable to install on devices and get the caption "An internal error occurred. Please try it again. We are sorry for any inconvenience."
What to do ?

  1. Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
    4) Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
    Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.
